Welcome to the official website for The Fountains at Countryside Condominiums, a private residential gated community in Clearwater, FL located in Pinellas Co. just off US Highway 19 North, less than 30 minutes from beautiful Clearwater Beach and Tampa International Airport.
Within this impressively landscaped and well maintained community are nine residential buildings with 168 units ranging from one bedroom/one bath to three bedrooms/two baths. The Fountains community consists of resident owners, "snowbirds" and renters of all age ranges. All residents take great pride in their homes and their community.
Amenities enjoyed by all residents and their guests include: centrally located pool, solar heated hot tub, rectangular 80 yard dog run, fitness center, clubhouse and butterfly park.

The parking lot repaving project was essentially completed Thursday May 17th. We expect a crew out today to do some touch up work on a few of the asphalt seams and to re-stencil a few parking spots.
The Association Board of Directors would like to thank all F@C residents for their cooperation during this project. A special thanks to Colin for his diligent work as our close up eyes and ears on the project.
We ask that children refrain from skateboarding or rollerblading on the new asphalt over the coming weekend until we are sure all touch up have been completed.
